Meet Pamela

Pamela Waltz, PhD is an experienced executive coach who helps senior leaders develop next level skills and mindsets to navigate change and find deeper fulfillment in their work and life.

With a doctorate in Organizational Psychology, a mini-MBA, and a breadth of professional experience working alongside some of the most capable leaders in their respective fields, Pamela brings a unique value proposition to coaching.

With over a decade of experience coaching and advising senior leaders in times of significant professional and personal transitions, Pamela has helped clients:

Pamela brings three decades of diverse professional experience that includes roles in operations (Intellectual Ventures), management consulting (M Street Consulting, Principal; HR Objectives, Principal), non-profit leadership (Gain Spiral, Founder), leadership research (U.S. Army), academia (Northern Illinois University), and family office management (Tessler Family).

Her educational depth and professional breadth have enabled her to effectively partner with leaders in the private, public, and non-profit spheres and in industries ranging from healthcare and telecom to professional services. Clients value her professional insight and understanding of their business context and leadership challenges

Pamela completed her PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with minors in Statistics and Social Psychology at Northern Illinois University. She holds a mini-MBA from the Foster School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.

​

Pamela is an experienced spiritual director in the Christian faith tradition and finds her greatest joy helping leaders encounter God in the busyness and challenges of leadership.

Having lived in the mountains of Montana, Idaho and Wyoming, Pamela currently calls Northern Virginia home. In her free time, she enjoys being on the trails with her husband, a luthier who builds handcrafted guitars.
